Arlington West Bistro
The Arlington West Bistro is one of Dover’s newest venues. Formerly the smallest pub in Dover and situated across the road from our famous marina..but just take a look at what they have done to the place now. It looks great. It is family run, family friendly, and almost all the food is home cooked. It is now open on Sundays too from 12 to 3pm for that special home cooked Sunday Roast . That sounds very tasty indeed. Prices are very favourable and the general menu is wide ranging too, so something there for everyone.
The new bistro is small and friendly and run by Cathie and Tracey.

Personal information may include names, addresses, phone numbers and credit card details, these can be found on Utility Bills, Bank statements, Cheque book stubs, credit card slips, Credit card statements, Wage slips, Old credit card paperwork, and back up CD’s.
At Castles we offer a security shredding service for sensitive and confidential documentation. You can simply call into the office, collect one of our special secure shredding sacks with a numbered seal, pay your £5 and take it away.
Take as long as you like to fill the bag with your paperwork/documents/CD backups to a maximum weight of 17kg and seal it yourself. Return the sack to us during normal office hours, and then we will shred the contents and issue a Certificate of Destruction for your records
Extra Services
We are able at an extra cost, post bags out to you for filling, if you are unable to collect from our office during normal working day. You can arrange to watch us shred your documents or do it yourself under our supervision (this option has to be pre-booked, due to staff availability). We are able to offer a collection service of the filled bags, price quoted depending on collection address.

Hythe Bay Seafood Restaurant and Bar
The new Hythe Bay Seafood Restaurant has a truly wonderful location on the beach in Dover. The views are stunning at any time of day and no matter what the weather. During the day diners can watch the ferries crossing the Channel or smaller boats bobbing about on the water. At the night the twinkling lights from the cruise liners and the magnificent Dover Castle all add to the romantic atmosphere of the restaurant. There is also a wonderful al fresco dining area that mimics a ship's deck and looks out to sea.
The fish and seafood is locally sourced as much as possible as is other produce used by our Head Chef, Michael O'Neill. Non meat and vegetarian alternatives are also offered and there is a children's menu too.
